Contact ovuLivo
We read everything that arrives here. OvuLivo is a small project, so a message that says which tool you were using and what you expected gets a useful answer fastest.
OvuLivo is an ovulation calculator, so the messages that reach us tend to be about finding the most fertile days of a cycle or about a figure that did not look right. Both are worth sending.
Email is the reliable route: support@ovulivo.com. Most messages get a reply inside one or two working days.
What to include
- Which tool you were using, or the page address.
- A rough version of your last period date and cycle length — we only need enough of it to redo the sum.
- The result you got and the result you expected.
- Your device and browser if something rendered incorrectly.
Anything concerning planning around an irregular cycle is easier to answer when you include the page address, so we can look at the same tool you did.
If a result looks wrong
Because the rule behind OvuLivo is written down rather than hidden — it estimates the next ovulation by counting back roughly fourteen days from the projected next period and marks the fertile window around it, which is why the answer moves when the cycle length changes — a wrong answer is diagnosable rather than mysterious. Tell us the inputs and the value you expected, and we will track down which side slipped.
Your message and your data
We read your message to answer it and nothing more: no list, no forwarding, no resale. The privacy policy covers this in full.
